Madonna? Kathleen Turner? Nope. It’s Our New Fall Menu.
What is American with international accents? No, we're not talking about Madonna or Kathleen Turner! It’s the new fall menu that’s coming soon to Whitfield’s. We’ll just mention a few mouth-watering examples here…
- Saigon Beef Appetizer… spiced ground beef, ginger and garlic, sweet chilis, fresh lime, peanuts, and pickled onions served with Iceberg lettuce
- Prosciutto Wrapped Alaskan Halibut… with roasted vegetable ratatouille and a crisp risotto cake and finished with white truffle oil
- Australian Double Rib Lamb Chops… with maple sweet potato cake, spiced chocolate sauce, sauteed spinach, and fried Vidalia onion
Kinda makes you hungry just thinking about it, doesn't it? Come on, material girl or guy! See for yourselves why our customers call Whitfield's “THE place to be” on the CT shoreline. And watch this space. We’ll announce the rest of the new menu here shortly.
It’s Music, Music, Music…
“I listened to great music while looking out over the Green watching the leaves turn… fabulous!”
Above is a quote from one of our comment cards from 2007. One of our customers commented on their favorite combination for ending their Wednesdays in the fall at Whitfield’s. This year, of course, we still have live music every Wednesday, plus special martinis and… well… OK… no changing leaves just yet, but – after the second espresso martini – who cares if the leaves have changed? Just sit back, close your eyes and savor the flavor and the music.
